As a personal trainer i am  certifying to have a varying degree of knowledge of general fitness involved in exercise prescription and instruction. I am going to motivate you by setting goals and providing you feedback and accountability. I will also be measuring your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure your improvements in physical fitness. I will show you different approaches in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines. I am specialized in lose weight and maintenance.
